Thousands of people use the subway in Stockholm every day. New information boards have been developed by SL (Stockholm Public Transport) to help passengers navigate the platforms. However, no
boards or signage have been developed to encourage commuters to
behave respectfully.

IT’S EASY, is a courtesy campaign concept based on twelve (12) pictograms that depict the most common issues that occur on
the subway. The goal is to encourage pleasant behaviour and in
the future work as a reminder that it is easy to have some
common courtesy.

The typeface SL Gothic Signage Neg is used in combination with their signature colors to create a link between the campaign and SL:s official identity. To ensure that residents and visitors can understand what is being said, the campaign is in English.
